Summary: AC didn’t dehumidify the room. Everything felt a bit damp - towels didn’t dry. Staff were fine

Summary: The room locks were reset every day even though I had a 3 day stay which required me to go to the desk after a long day trip. I was always locked out of my own room. There was no security in the hotel, as the back access door key pass lock did not work, and it was propped open for convenience. My white socks were black from walking on the carpet each day within the room. Ventilation from the bathroom was not existent - a fan recirculated the moist room air after a shower. The staff was very pleasant, but it was apparent that the owner did not maintain the place. The linens were not changed, even though they stated they would be after the second day, I had to get my own towels, soap, and shampoo from the desk, after my room key was reactivated and I saw there was not any service.

Summary: Elizabeth was a breath of fresh air. Very kind, considerate and smiled alot. The outside needs improvement. However, the inside is very nice. The bathroom was a welcomed surprise. It was pristine.

Summary: I have stayed here many times. The price is reasonable, and the rooms are generally clean. The beds are comfortable. Not this time. The room looked like it was narely cleaned, and smelled like mildew.

Summary: This is a very old hotel. The window unit make the whole room feel damp and everything was damp, including our personal items. The hall ways had no AC. The room had a weird smell to it. 0 out of 10. will never stay again!
